Direct Injection: The Injector nozzle protrudes directly into the cylinder space through the head and sprays diesel directly into the combustion space. Typically these types of engines require minimal to no glow plugs at start up. They are implemented with electronic fuel injectors and an engine computer telling the injectors when to open and close to allow pressurized fuel to pass into the engine.
Indirect Injection: The injector nozzle does not protrude through the head, rather it injects into a separate chamber within the head. The expanding gases spread from the pre-combustion chamber into the cylinder for the firing stroke. Some diesel engines also have pre-combustion nozzles in the pre-combustion chamber.

Types of cooling system:
Liquid Cooling: The cooling system circulates fluid through piping and engine passageways to extract heat from the engine block. The hot liquid passes through the radiator and cools down as it comes into contact with the radiator walls. The radiator exchanges this heat with the atmosphere and cool liquid re-circulates to the engine passageways again.
Air Cooling: Instead of circulating fluid through the engine, the engine block is covered in aluminum fins that conduct the heat away from the cylinder. A powerful fan forces air over these fins, which cools the engine by transferring the heat to the air.

Crankshaft Seals: Front and rear crankshaft seals have wear sleeves to provide increased crank reusability. Wear sleeve improves performance of the seal, keeping the dirt away from the sealing lips; this avoids the contamination of oil, maintaining its lubrication properties. The seal has grooves in the seal lip that return to the oil to the deposit during the rotation of the crankshaft.

Hydraulic Brake System: Works on the principle that pressure on the brake fluid is applied evenly throughout a closed system. When the brake pedal is pressed, a piston in the master cylinder moves the brake fluid through steel lines applying equal force to all the wheels. The pressure of the brake fluid causes the pistons in the wheel cylinders to be forced outward pressing the linings against the discs or drums.
Air Brake System: Uses a compressor driven by the engine to fill pressurized tanks with air. When the brake pedal is pressed, a valve allows a certain amount of air pressure to the brake chambers at each wheel. The harder the brake pedal is pressed, the more pressure you give to the brake chambers.There are three different air braking systems: service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake.
CTP Rubber Tracks
CTP® rubber tracks are made out of metal core, rubber and steel cord; the finished product forms a continuous type structure. The construction of the rubber track incorporates 3 wound up metal cores, which results in increased bend ability of the track when the crawler is in action. The material and structure of the rubber tracks ultimately provide a low vibration and reduction in noise levels.
Reinforced edges are designed with thicker rubber added between the lugs. This reduces the incidence of slicing of the edges resulting in a longer operating cycle.
